In order to get them to join you, you need to:
- have a compelling vision of where you are going
- be willing to tell them about it, demonstrate your commitment and build their trust in your ability to deliver.
Lesson Activity
If you aren't out there and visible with the target group in your mission, your first steps should be to increase your visibility.
Once your visibility starts to increase, your next steps will be to work on turning your vision into something more concrete, using your why to communicate its importance and to get people on board, collaborating with you to achieve your mission.
